Construtora PU - MCMV Residential Development

At Construtora PU, I am one of 4 equal founders in a growing privately funded residential development business in Paracuru, Ceará, Brazil. I work in a semi-passive advisory capacity as investor and financial manager, overseeing financial planning, capex and opex tracking, contractor contract review, and operating tools for brokers and sales support. The active MCMV portfolio covers 36 homes: DunaMar, a 14-apartment development in final finishing and certification; and DunaMar 2, a 22-home mixed development across two apartment buildings and two private houses. DunaMar 2's first building is nearing completion, the second is under construction, and the private houses form a later phase. A separate investor-led 36-apartment project is in planning.
